Update - December 2025 My wife and I returned to Brick and Forge on a Friday for a late lunch and had another great experience.. The Taproom Ritas were as decadent as we remembered and are likely the largest portioned margaritas we've ever had for the price!! We sampled the pepperoni rolls shareable between us and another family member and those were, in a word, decadent.. They were incredibly savory and the accompanying marinara was quite flavorful.. These are a must have!! For our mains we tried the chicken quesadillas and the chicken fried chicken with loaded mashed potatoes and fried okra.. My commentary here is going to be focused on the CFC.. *Warning* Bring a hearty appetite or plan to share this dish.. The portion size is huge!! Unlike chicken fried goodies at other establishments this CFC was served thick, juicy, and was fresh from the fryer.. I had to let it cool a bit before I was able to partake.. It was flavorful and well worth the very reasonable menu price.. The loaded mashed potatoes were quite good and the lightly breaded fried okra was served hot and fresh, as well.. This second visit to Brick and Forge was a resounding success!! Original Post - August 2025 My wife and I made an overnight stop in Conway on a Thursday night, and after several previous visits to Conway, we finally landed in the Brick and Forge Taproom for dinner.. If I'm being honest, we're kind of mad that we hadn't dined here before.. We started with a pair of their top shelf margaritas, substituting the recipe tequila with 1800 Reposado.. We were delightfully surprised when our drinks were presented in sealed carafes and accompanying salted drinkware.. We shared the mozzarella sticks and traditional wing appetitizers, then finished things off with their individual-size Double Trouble specialty pizza.. The mozzarella sticks arrived at the table hot and accompanied with a marinara sauce featuring small bits of whole tomatoes throughout.. While these aren't the most impre

Got some pizza and the crust was seasoned well and had nice air bubbles. Toppings were plentiful and full of flavor!

The chicken mac & cheese from Brick & Forge was absolutely delicious. Perfectly cooked pasta smothered in a rich, creamy cheese sauce with just the right amount of golden, baked goodness on top. The chicken was tender and flavorful, and every bite was warm, comforting, and satisfying. This is true comfort food done right—I would 100% order it again. Highly recommend!

If I could give 6 stars I would. This was our first visit to this restaurant for mine and my wife’s 6 year anniversary and it was absolutely amazing. The food, drinks, atmosphere, music, everything was amazing. And our server, Cooper, he was super knowledgeable about the menus and gave us recommendations to try and different stuff to do around town since we’re not from here. Will definitely be coming back to try all the stuff I didn’t get to try this go around. Keep up the good work guys and thank you cooper for being awesome!

Stopped through on my drive across the country and had an amazing time. I was seated immediately, and food and drinks were on my table within minutes of ordering. My server, Caroline, was nothing short of incredible. She was extremely personable and had great recommendations for happy hour. The staff was exceptionally welcoming to me and my dog, and even the patrons were friendly. I got a local IPA and a margarita, as well as the smash burger. All were excellent. I was well taken care of, and I look forward to stopping through on my drive back! Thank you Brick & Forge and thank you, Caroline!

We are from South Carolina and got lucky to pick this place for dinner and drinks. Incredible food and the service and our waitress Breshunda was a 10 out of 10! Also a great shout out to Josh the manager who is very friendly and cared about our experience throughout our whole time there. Best food experience in arkansas!

I, and others, had a good first time at Brick & Forge. Following a concert nearly 20 of us gathered for post concert fellowship and munching. We were seated in a back room space that, frankly could use a little more effort/decor to make it more welcoming,...but...our server, Tammy, was exceptionally cordial and worked diligently through the evening taking drink & food orders and accommodating our needs. Other staff stepped in on occasion to assist as needed with food or drink service. The spinach dip appetizer was a hit with everyone...we ordered 4! Bummed that I didn't think to grab a pic of them! Meals varied between sandwiches, to burgers, to steaks...and everyone (as far as I know) left satisfied and full. While B&F is a sports bar, I think the smaller front space could be rejigged as a bit more upscale (the quality of food and service merits it) leaving the larger middle as sports bar haven.

I have been here quite a few times since I live in Conway but today was made special by Winnie(hope I spelled it right 😬🤣). Winnie helped me choose something new to try today and I went with the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. It was pretty damn good. Wasn't sure about the zesty sauce but being a gambling I took the selection and said let's roll the dice. It was AMAZING! Winnie made sure we were good and checked in with us countless times to make sure everything was satisfactory. Will go back more often and def ask for Winnie every single time from now on. They def deserve a bonus/award of some kind as so many in the industry do not have the same genuine drive to just be a good person to others 😊 Food was awesome as always, even when i tried something new! Service was outstanding and the atmosphere is perfect!

It was my first time in tonight and I could hardly decide what to try! We had the pepperoni rolls as an appetizer and loved them. I like that the sauce they come with is a little spicy! I had the Sunrise burger (she was perfect but the hollandaise was a little greasy) and my husband had the country fried chicken which he’s had before and enjoyed. Atmosphere is a little loud for a group but I’ll definitely be back some time for Italian nachos and a calzone!

Really enjoyed this place as they made us and our dog feel right at home. We came from out of town and didn’t know where we could eat with her. Atmosphere was great, as well as the food! Thank you Josh for accommodating us!
